    Can I add pets to my order?

    Yes! Each pet is an add-on you can select yourself on the product page.
    The price for each pet is shown when you pick it (for example: 1 person + 1 pet = select 1 figure + 1 pet add-on).

    How long does it take to ship?

    After placing an order, you have 24 hours to contact us and request changes or cancel.
    Delivery usually takes 6–12 days, and a tracking number will be sent to your email.

    Can I preview my figure before ordering?

    Yes! Email us the exact codes you choose from the product page (hair, face, outfit, accessories, etc.), and we’ll send a preview of your custom figure before you buy.

    Can I use these figures with LEGO® bricks?

    Yes! Our minifigures are fully compatible with standard LEGO® bricks.
    However, please note we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group.
    All figures are custom-made using LEGO-compatible parts.

    Can I select more than one accessory or pet?

    Yes! You can add multiple, and the total price updates automatically. If you want 2 of the same add-ons, select another add-on at the same price and note it in the Special Requests box.
